Organizational Development & Training Manager
Kim Marino is an education and training professional with a varied background in Management, Customer Service, Sales and Organizational Development. Kim also provides consulting and facilitation services on performance improvement, team-building, customer service, sales, leadership, stress management, time management, conflict management and many other soft skills programs.
Kim holds a B.S. in Marketing from Canisius College and an M.S. in Management of Adult Learning from the State University College at Buffalo. Kim also has training in Creative Problem Solving and Human Performance Management. She is a certified DiSC and WorkPlace Big Five facilitator.
