It goes without saying that the employee benefits industry and the management of an employee workforce is going through a major transformation. Employers are assessing the impact of Healthcare Reform on their benefit offering, and we as a firm, continue to assist in balancing our goal of containing benefit costs, offering a robust benefits package that helps attract and retain employees, and delivering this with ease of administration. In line with this mission, I am pleased to share an exciting expansion of our firm that will assist our clients through the post-reform era.
You will see by our updated logo that in addition to benefit and insurance consulting, we now have added Human Resources and Payroll services. In listening to our clients regarding the mounting compliancy and HR concerns, coupled with the administrative burden of benefits, we spent the last several months developing these services and significantly enhancing our team with members that have expertise in these areas.
In addition to the above, we have also developed a private benefits exchange. Our online marketplace benefit solution simplifies the insurance purchasing experience for the employee while reducing the administrative burden to the employer. A benefit exchange is a tool and choice for employers and not for every business, but we are happy to have it as an offering to our clients.
There is one constant going forward with benefits...change. We are excited about our firm's enhancements in response to the changing industry and we are committed to continue to change as a firm to respond to your needs.
